Uplift Executive Coaching was founded on the belief that leadership performance depends on clarity, and clarity requires space.
After more than a decade in senior leadership roles, Ste Stanley experienced the pace, pressure and constant demand that comes with responsibility. He saw that the leaders who performed at their best were not the busiest, but the clearest. They had the space to think, reflect and act with intention.
Uplift was created to provide that space.
