Uplift Executive Coaching, founded by Ste Stanley, an executive coach, business owner, and former CEO, brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience to the table. Ste has successfully led large, complex organisations and has worked at both executive and board levels, where he has been responsible for significant strategic decisions, organisational performance, and guiding teams through change. He understands the realities of leadership, including the pressure, responsibility, and the necessity to make clear decisions in uncertain environments.

In addition to his coaching work, Ste is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and founder of Uplift Planning, a consultancy that specialises  in advising clients on complex planning and development projects. His rich experience encompasses government, private sector, and advisory roles, providing him with a broad and practical understanding of leadership development across various environments.

As a qualified executive coach with an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and a member of the EMCC, Ste works closely with senior leaders, executives, and high-potential professionals. He helps them create the space to think clearly, strengthen their impact, and lead with confidence through effective leadership coaching.
